Executive coaching
I have provided executive coaching to many executives at different points in their careers, and sometimes, throughout their rise to the most senior positions.
My own experience is used in coaching sessions. This experience includes top level management, top level professional practitioner work, but, also, experience of working in and visiting a number of different cultures throughout the World.
As a member of the British Psychological Society's Special Group in Coaching Psychology, I apply my psychological expertise to each coaching session, providing the support needed to improve the performance of my client in a working situation.
Whilst based in Gloucestershire, I like to provide coaching sessions as close to my clients work base as possible. This enables me to understand more fully the work that my client engages in. But also, it enables the coaching to be part of the routine of the working day, and not particularly different or 'special'.
