Psychealth Programmes
Psychealth programmes provide practical psychological advice and support to individuals and groups facing challenges in everyday working life. The programmes are delivered as workshops or coaching sessions to suit group and individual needs.
All courses can be delivered as half day taster workshops for £500 + VAT excluding expenses.
Managing stress
Agenda: definitions; symptoms; causes; impact; strengthening resilience; taking action.
Strengthening resilience
Agenda: tips and techniques on how to strengthen resilience against the challenges of working life; working out what you really want to do with your life; fulfilling dreams and aspirations; coping with the causes of stress at work; tackling the bully; developing assertiveness skills.
Dealing with conflicts and conflict resolution
Agenda: skills to deal with conflicts at work, insights into people's personalities, motivations and causes of conflict; tips on mediation; conflict resolution and how to return to normal working.
Dealing with difficult managers
Agenda: conducting the difficult conversation; acceptable behaviour; best behaviour; the impact on performance of staff; monitoring behaviour; dignity at work; the importance of coaching and mediation.
Making people redundant
Agenda: the approach to redundancy; the steps to be taken; handling the difficult conversation; supporting the employee; the risks.
Adjusting to fewer staff and the same workload
Agenda: strengthening resilience; defining priorities; delegating work; monitoring levels of demand.
